Psychology is the science which should be defining terms such as this. She was right first time - the terms are interchangeable, and refer to someone with Antisocial Personality Disorder (DSM).
She also mentions that *some scientist's name I've already forgotten* claimed that more research was needed to determine if a sociopath's brain functioned differently than a normal person's, but two seconds later she claims that their brains are indeed wired differently. Which is it, lady?
