I will qualify what I mean by "aliens" to avoid any confusion. Alien is any form of non-earth based life, this includes bacteria and the like. But no, I don't have "faith", I just consider that in a universe the size of ours the statistical chances are high. But for the moment unproven. Faith doesn't come into it.

Nope. You still have a slice of faith. Based on statistical chances, it would be more probable that a God did bring the universe into existence.

Chaos theory shoots that idea right in the foot.

Faith is a belief that something is without any evidence whatsoever.

I don't believe that there is life elsewhere in the universe. I just consider it to be more likely than not.

And please be good enough to quote the statistical evidence for Yo-Yo.

As for Chaos theory, that demonstrates that complex systems can arise from simple systems following simple rules, without any intelligent input.

The perfect example being snowflakes.
