It is irrelevant to a person's value as a human being. And again, no, the Church does not say otherwise. The Church teaches that every human life is sacred and worth the same. Period. Likewise, rape is a million times more immoral than IVF, but children who were brought into the world through rape are still precious beings who deserve all the same rights and is worth just as much as everyone else.
If rape is a million times more immoral than IVF, does that mean rapists will suffer a million times more than me in hell? If not, does that mean my crime of ejaculating into a test tube was as heinous as a man who raped a woman?
Why exactly is IVF immoral again? What is it about IVF that angers your god so much?
It is not my job to speculate on whether or not you or anyone else will go to Hell.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
