Outrage over NPR's firing of Juan Williams

What evidence do you have that grant money is being "throw(n) away" by NPR? I seriously doubt that they can afford to "throw" any money away. Perhaps you could also cite examples of NPR's alleged intolerance. (this should be good)

To begin with, I said the government, Washington, is throwing taxpayers money away, (Go back, and read my post again). I.E. the so-called bailout stimulus has done nothing to stimulate our economy. We're around $1.5 trillion in debt, high unemployment, a growing poverty class, and a national mortgage crisis with home foreclosures expected to rise. The liberal spread the wealth, tax and spend our way out of debt is killing our economy.

Perhaps you could also cite examples of NPR's alleged intolerance. (this should be good)

There is not one conservative news anylist at NPR. The conservative viewpoint is not tolerated there. Vivian Schiller, NPR's president and CEO, verbally attacked Juan Williams saying,..."His, (Juan Williams), feelings are between him and his psychiatrist"

...Schiller also goes on to say that journalists and anylists who appear on NPR have to,..."conduct themselves according to their rules of journalistic rules of ethics"...but gives Nina Totenberg, NPR commentator, a pass when she said if there was justice the "Good Lord" would infect Jesse Helms and his grandchildren with aids...

This is hateful double standard intolerance at NPR. All federal grants should be cut off from public broadcasting. Let them stand on their own, off the taxpayers dole.

... and where does the state get the money?
