Sorry, this is a DISCUSSION forum, it isn't a presentation for people who don't want to participate.
She does participate in debates, because people never stop asking her questions about her beliefs, which she answers. Is she "not participating" because she doesn't meet your operating standards of an intellectual debate? I'm inclined to agree with her on that, why should she give a shit? She's here to learn about our opinions and answer questions thrown her way, that frequently involve her justifying said beliefs. I take it you aren't satisfied with her justifications, but since she's not here to prove anything, again why should she care?
