That's not how intelligent, rational discussions occur. Anyone who isn't going to discuss and defend their own views, but only try to take from others and give nothing back in return, is not worth having a discussion with.
Then take to your own advice and stop engaging her. It's not her job to bend to your expectations anymore than it's your obligation to respect her beliefs.
