Advance to help Humanity
|
I'll vote for a popular movement to cut the human population on the earth by 90% over the next 100 years. That's right, the privilege of having babies would become a matter for the U.N. to decide. Illegal breeders would be publicly shamed with a second offense being a capital offense.
