Probably better not to if there is any chance someone really needs it. Had a friend and colleague who was confined to a wheel chair. He explained to me why it really irritated him. Apparently just to pee required catheterization and so great patience on his part. Since he was working within the same time constraints as everyone else, any delay was likely to make him lose it. He always struck me as the most patient person in the world, but apparently that can be a shield that covers for a much more tense situation.
