Push ups. (I used to do 500 of them daily)
Crunches. (very hard for me because i run out of breath easily,but i don't usually do it anyway as i kind of have "natural abs" or smthn)
Sprinting. (I used to be a sprinter,have received price from District competition)
Punching. (My friend goes for boxing classes so he bought a bag,i go to his house regularly and beat the shit out of it.The skin on top of my knuckles seem so black now)
