I go to a gym class twice a week where we alternate aerobic exercises and large muscle exercises like squats and lunges and chest-presses and biceps, etc.
In off days from the gym I used to run but my foot has been bothering me (I think I need to go back into PT and strengthen it back up but that means going to the doc and paying a copay just to get a referral to go to PT... ug...) so instead I've been walking. I do a trail that was recently extended up a pretty gnarly hill but is really pretty and ends up being a five-mile walk down that trail and through the neighborhood around me.
Oh, and I walk my cats. Does that count?
