Before such ruling no gay person was denied any rights. The were subject to the same laws, requirements, and prohibitions just like heterosexuals. So what right are you specking of when you say I am denying because I oppose the supreme court ruling?
Marriage? which is not a right but a contract and under the law, (even now) the state have the right to stipulate who may enter into a contract. That is the law. So what 'right's are begin taken away or denied? How can it be a denying or hindering of a right if that is the law of the land that has been in place one the book since colonial times? Hell marriage was not even argued as a right by heterosexuals them self.
If that is the right that you are taking about in it being denied to you, I hate to break it to you but it still can be denied to you by the act of divorce or an annulment that is requested by your spouse or you and is granted by the court. Which show that marriage is not a right. Because [i]rights, under the law, can never be denied or abridged. And since I don't not see any rush to do way with divorce or annulment any time soon, it is safe to say that it is because marriage is still viewed by society and the law as a contract. And contract's can be denied, dissolve, altered, hindered, examined and a whole lot more.
