 It wasn't a snake it had legs why can't you people that call yourselves smart figure this out. Sure it was man's fault, they did not have to listen to the serpent and act upon what he said, they could have remembered what God had taught them.

But god KNEW they would sin. He put the serpent there without a doubt in his mind about that fact.
