If you get happy after an outing with your buddies or a party you're probably an extrovert whereas if you get mentally exhausted and tired after a social event and goes to your house and sits alone somewhere to "recharge" you're probably an introvert.

Though I'd say an introvert can still feel "happy" after a social event, but tired and in need for a little recharge just the same.
