There are no historical sources ( i.e. not canonical ) for jesus living in the early first century. What backs this up is that when xtians gained power in the 4th century they realized this fact and tried to forge some. Had there been actual records they would have preserved them as they did their forgeries.
So, none of the gospels were written around AD 50, which would place them within 20 years of when Jesus supposedly died??
