Maybe, but that would either mean that the authors of the bible got it wrong, or that plants actually existed before suns and stars. Any other answer will be an exercise in post-hoc mental gymnastics on par with those your average holocaust denier has to employ. I would more generally advocate that one only leave one entrance into their mind(reason), and keep the rest of it rather closed, as it is one hell of a lot easier to shovel shit in than it is to get it out.
