Just say this, "I have been washed in the blood of Jesus Christ, son of the most high God, and I'm an atheist because God made me that way, who are you to argue?" No demon possessed person could utter that phrase without writhing around on the ground with sulferous froth pouring out of their mouth; at least according to the Christian mythos. The first bit assures them you are not possessed of evil spirits and the end bit lets them know that you are an atheist and you have a sense of humor! Win/win!
