1. I once entered a screenwriting competition called Sci-Fi Shorts, the first prize for which was to see your ten-minute script produced for the big screen. Not only did I not win, but one of the judges decided to die shortly before I sent in my entry. His name was Douglas Adams.
2. I have never been off the ground, either by aeroplane, helicopter, balloon or anything similar. I'm planning on changing that soon, though.
3. I too can sit quite happily in the full lotus position and can also walk around on my knees. Or on all fives.
4. I've recently (ish) found something of a minor talent for mimicry and impressions. I can sort of do Richard Burton, Loyd Grossman, John Kramer from Saw, as well as a few others. I used it to convince a security guard in Tesco that he was having a phone conversation with someone he knew well. It worked.
5. I once sat in the audience for a recording of QI and appeared on screen twice at the end. It's the Flora And Fauna episode.
6. I was a virgin up to the age of 31. Though not strictly from choice.
23. I don't know how numbers work.
8. The Cassini-Huygens probe is carrying a CD-ROM filled with digitised signatures and messages. Including mine.
9. I'm starting to run out of ideas for random facts.
10. I'm shit scared of heights. Which might make number 2 on this list fun.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
