Again, I think it's about personal preference (if a straight woman can answer).
One one hand, I know that, contrary to stereotype,
there are LOTS of gay men who don't even engage in anal sex,
and lots of heterosexual couples who do.
On the other hand, I've been inside some of the gay male fetish shops in NYC
and Toronto and they have bigger toys and plugs than most women would ever want to use.
