So get off the B12 deal it's a dead issue now.
GC that's the RDI - you obviously don't know what an RDI is. In any-case without meat you would need to eat TEN eggs to meet the RDI.
And like I said I have a close family member who eats meat every day of their life - chicken, beef, veal, lamb, every day - and they need a B12 injection from their physician every 12 months.
So you can shove the RDI up your ass - NRVs cannot be used to diagnose a deficiency in individuals, they can only be used to calculate the likeliness of deficiency in populations.
Like I said though, before the Ark God instructs people only to eat plant food - true? No eggs, no meat, and there was no diary (it's not possible for adults to digest it without a lactate persistence gene).
So your going to argue with nutritional experts. Your family member has a problem absorbing B12 that's has nothing to do with the majority of the population. B12 deficiencies are a small problem at least in the developed world. Since you can't prove God didn't create livestock ( by the way you are leaving the Bible and introducing evolution theory), you can't say He didn't intend for man to eat eggs and drink milk. God said only to Adam and Eve that He gave them every plant and tree to eat from in the Garden except for the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This would include the Tree of Life and we haven't any idea what benefits came from it for their physical needs, except for living. After they were thrown out of the Garden their first son raised livestock, why would he do this if their was no use for them.
By your own calculations your above statement is wrong on the number of eggs that are needed to provide enough B12, the body also stores B12 for use when it's not receiving enough on a daily bases, you also left out milk in your equation for a daily supply lowering even further the number of eggs needed daily.
I've proven to you that you are wrong about the Bible and you want recognize it, this isn't my fault it's your's. You went out side of the scriptures to try and prove your point, I stayed inside them and used only scientific facts we know of today to support the Bible's truth.
