Dreaming purchased a waffle maker. I made our first batch yesterday. Should have taken pics. Angel

Anyway they were sweet and savory.

Pearl sugar waffles with apricot/pineapple jam, brie, thick sliced pepper bacon, and topped with fresh chopped basil.

They were delicious. IMO
