Make sure you visit the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. It is said to have the finest collection of Chinese art anywhere in the world outside of China. And from visiting art galleries in other cities, I think that may be true. Their Caravaggio is nice, too. It is a much better art gallery than one should expect to find in a cow town.
