You have to understand that what you're asking here is a bit like "what's soda taste like?" If it's not flavored with adjuncts and it's allowed to ferment out completely, it's a bit like dry white wine. If left sweet, it can be a bit like a sweet Riesling or Moscato. However, it can be flavored with damn near anything.
