I thought basically that they may have "some" small improvement, but if there was any significant improvement and thousands of the "beats" were just readily available on youtube I would have heard of it by now, or at least scientists would be claiming it as some "breakthrough" if they are readily available and can actually improve or make some noticeable difference.
