Toes to bar.
That is the best core exercise I can think of---slow, controlled, no swinging, toes to bar.
Muscle ups are another insane core exercise, but my shoulders are too fucked to do them.
But I 100% agree with Strider, good form on the basic strength exercises will do more good for your core if only for the fact that you use it in all of those exercises. Your core is your stabilization. Use it as such, and it will get stronger.
