There's no way I'm remembering this wrong

This reminds me of another one of these...I distinctly remember seeing The Wizard of Oz as a kid, on TV in the early 80's, where a pair of the Ruby Slippers are shown under her bed just before the credits roll.  I remember my mother going off about how she'd never seen that before, she wondered if it was an old, salvaged scene edited back in.  My mother and brother both remember this as well.  But if you look it up, it is considered a mass delusion or false memory.  Thousands of people report seeing this, or seeing her wearing them IN bed at the end, but experts say it never happened....
