How is it possible? How can you get married knowing you love a imaginary friend more? How can a relationship with this friend (again intangible) can impact ones life more than what a real person can offer you ? Like love and intimacy . I just fail to see why the vast majority of people on this planet continue to do this.
What makes you think God is intangible/will always remain so?
I'll take an example that has been bothering me for sometime. If God was indeed real. Why would poverty exist ? How many people suffer from hunger and how many drive Jaguars. Surely God can feed everyone. Surely God can feel the pain. Why are some people pretty and some not ? Why are people born deformed ? Imagine how a deformed person will suffer in life. So no, if your a parent surely you wouldn't let one child suffer and the other a life full of happiness. If he or she did exist , the most cruel thing I have seen.
