I didn't take notes to the specifics (IIRC, it is in Enoch.), but it says in the ancient texts that God and the Devil were playmates as children and when God found out he was evil he was cast down to Earth to cause destruction which is the Deluge and doing God's will to punish Man. In the antedated Cuneiform version it is the female Tiamat who brings chaos to the order of the universe (inner solar system) and is back staged planed by the Gods because Man doesn't praise them and build temples enough. It all adds up, there is much much more to it.
