RE: GS Warriors one win away from setting new NBA record for most wins to start a season

I thought they'd probably lose one last week with Toronto and Clippers/Chicago back to back before playing Denver last night. Three very strong teams in four days didn't seem promising. When you look at who is coming up, I think you're right that the consecutive away games looms larger than any particular opponent though Indianapolis is certainly capable of putting up stiff competition.
A run of twenty would be very impressive but not as impressive as a 70 win season. Looking ahead I wonder how well they'll be able to keep the team together if they do win another title. Between Barnes and Ezeli, if they can't keep both, I think they have to take Ezeli even though Barnes is an excellent fit here. I sure hope they don't go after Durrant. He is excellent but we don't know how well he'd fit into a total team approach.
