WHAT. THE. FUCK. I kid you not, some right-wingers have actually decided to create a new constitution for America out of whole cloth, making a government that is overly intrusive in the wrong places, and not intrusive enough (like in how trials are conducted) in the wrong places. It's not just any Right-Wing Theocratic manifesto, it goes far beyond that. It's apparently a constitution by people who apparently didn't put that much thought into what they were writing.
