Bullsh*t. You're guessing and guessing wrong, since you haven't taken the time to learn any actual knowledge. If you had - you'd know that things like Pythagoras' theorem, or Newton's theory of gravity are as true as they were yesterday, or indeed - hundreds of years ago. No need to discard them. We can just add more knowledge on top of it.
Sure - religions and other made-up magic nonsense can be discarded and new versions can easily be manufactured - because none of that is real. So, yeah - your "yoga" will be discarded and replaced by a different crap, made up by a different fakir. But things that are demonstrably real, or true will remain so - even if dumb people, preoccupied with magic nonsense never bother to learn them.
