I don't know what else to say. She thinks that instigating me, with her bullshit name calling match is going to improve the forum. You can see that, I can see that but she doesn't seem to have any idea how the world around her works.

Why do you need to respond to her instigating you?  
I think Judi has a pretty good idea of how the world works.  She's been through some STUFF.  Like the rest of us.
Take a deep breath, my friend, and just drop it.  She can't hurt you, you can't hurt her.  Your only chance to prove her wrong is by making sure that your future posts stay classy and don't slip into anger.  -- And that's only if you care what she thinks.  You don't have to.  IMHO, those classy posts speak well for you though, you should make more of them.

I once worked with a group that taught groups of young men positive responses to violence.  It was a week-long ordeal, with many different play-acted scenarios.  Very intense.  All the guys said afterwards that the hardest part of ANY conflict is the most intelligent, mature part: knowing when to walk away and actually doing it.
