Now i am in real trouble?

I always thought that equilibrium means balance and for balance i intend a stage in which the positive and negative are in perfect equilibrium but no your deep philosophical question must intend something much more deep that that.  
But just in case that LR is correct that means that your logic get flushed down the toilet because anyone looking for more consciousness are not happy with a situation of equilibrium.  
They want progress not equilibrium which is a stage of no progress no regress.  
So no beanie once again you are left down in the gutter which is worse than equilibrium.

That definition of equilibrium, like your neural pathways, is vastly oversimplified. When I talk about Universal equilibrium, I'm referring to a balance of ALL natural energy (temperature, charge, gravity, inertia, etc.). I'm not making reference to a balance between your imaginary friends, Yin and Yang.

In this universe there are things or elements as you mention (temperature, charge, gravity, inertia..) that
are not driven by a consciousness like in humans and then you got plants and animals that got a little bit of consciousness so everything in this universe follow different ways.
Animals are driven by instinct while elements in this universe such as space, air, light-energy, water and matter follow a different system.
Now when you say that .....There's no evidence that the Universe is a creation at all......
you also can not explain why a continuous transformation of elements lead to more consciousness.
When the consciousness get bigger like in humans the equilibrium that is part and parcel of lower type of consciousness and the five fundamental element that compose the universe doesn't apply anymore.
Humans want progress not equilibrium.
Let the equilibrium be part and parcel of the physical universe and progress part and parcel of intelligent humans.
