My "book" specifically tells me to accept them, so, hopefully I'm not being implemented here.![]()
What about yours, King?
Yep, accept all people.
Chad no one says there are not bigots. We readily admit the Westboro Baptists are loonies and deplorable. There are bigot atheists as well. A great deal of modern Christianity is very accepting of anyone regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. The church I go to right now has a gay worship pastor. Awesome dude and incredible musician.
I'm friends on this very forum with those that identify as homosexual or bisexual. None of that defines them. They are a person just like me, that's what defines them.
^This.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
