I have a few personal records
I can do 51 proper press ups in a row. Not just bouncing up and down.
And I used to go on the cross trainer at 90rpm which is fairly high speed for 1 hour but these days I just go on it for 30mins I think my longest time was 1 hour 20 minutes
I weigh around 190 pounds the last time I weighted myself and I'm 6 ft
I don't tend to lift as heavy as I can because I've always admired atthletic physique over power lifting physique. I don't think I could get a power lifting type body anyway. Plus when I use weights that are very heavy it just tends to increase the chance of joint pain or injury, whereas using a slightly less heavier weight more times tends to result it muscle pain which I like the feeling of because it means that muscles growing.
I like the balance ball thing and the plyro boxes or whatever they're called, they're basically just soft boxes you jump high to get on top of. This is just because I've been told that athletes tend to exercise explosive strength and balance rather than just body building, but I like a mix of both.
Another thing I've given up on is doing pull ups, my shoulders just make some annoying click when I do them plus I like working on my legs too much which makes them heavy with muscle to lift up.
Ive never taken steroids but I have thought about it but I just wouldn't risk it my friend who I used to work with took them and I don't even think he changed that much after taking them.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
