That's not crazy. What's crazy is comparing your bad experience of a product not doing what you assumed it would do to "getting off oil."

You slammed me for complaining, that to me is fucking lopsided thinking, if we live in a free market, "sucks to  be you" and "it's your fault all the time" is not a two way street.

If I go out with a girl because I believe she's the kind of girl that will wear my panties on her head and bark like a puppy, and she does not-- should I a) rage because she failed to inform me pre-date that she doesn't wear people's panties on her head or b) accept that she's not responsible for my expectations?

In your world, she should be severely castigated or face disapproval because she was not, after all, a panty-on-head wearer. But that doesn't make sense, since she never did anything to establish my false assumptions about her.

Part of the free market is bitching in order to get the business to care. That is really the only thing bout my fellow liberals have failed at over the past 30 years, we've grown used to taking it and taking it and taking it, well, that is changing. 

The company probably isn't taking much of an interest in this thread.

Nope sorry, the business owner does not get to decide for the consumer the consumer gets to decide, so if they want my business, then they should listen when someone bitches.

Unfortunately, I'm not the owner of Google, nor is anyone else on these forums, so far as I know.
