I don't need to hear that after all the crap I have been through this week and a very gracious mother who is had paid for all that. I don't mean don't advise me, please do, just "what now!"
I don't see how it could be hardware, it is brand new. I also set the mouse pad back to factory settings, it took me a couple of attempts but it seems to have stopped and it has a two year manufactures warranty.
