No, asshole. There is no evidence...aside from your fairy tale bible stories which are what is under scrutiny, that the denizens of Judah were "jews" in any sense of the word we understand.
Again, if you could put your fucking bible down long enough to learn something you might try reading William Dever's "Did God Have A Wife." It will scare the shit out of you.
And, btw, Finkelstein ascribes the changeover to the Persian period so learn to read, too.
