I certainly think you are too young for this man, and that he is too old for you, Josh. And I'm about the same age as you. I know from experience what dating an older person can be like. I dated a woman who was 8 years my senior, and I tell you this out of the utmost compassion; there is something wrong with your boyfriend.
He may be sweet and loving with you, but socially and mentally he is unstable for wanting to date someone so much younger than he is. It signals of some underlying problem within him that, while not necessarily of a pedophillic nature, is a disturbance of some kind. I know because I've been there.
