A miracle would simply be a clear-cut macroscopic violation of the Laws of Conservation (Energy, Momentum, Angular Momentum, etc.) For instance, someone walking on liquid water, whether fresh or with a high salt concentration, is impossible at room temperatures with one atmosphere of pressure, unless, one is using some sort of hidden technology to accomplish that feat!
