Muhhammad (PBUHN, Peanut Butter Under His Nose) was no different.
More likely, he was a primitive warlord who had trouble making payroll so he invented some reasons to rape and pillage that moved his liabilities into future fiscal periods (i.e. post mortem.)  Die for me now...virgins later...trust me.
