If we can have hundreds of fan fics about imaginary Darth Vader why would we not expect to have thousands of fanfics about Mo? What else did anybody write about back then if it wasn't about incredibly hyped and fabulous BS stories about gods or their earthly pawns? The most remarkable thing about islam's story is that it is so much overblown in the most expected ways and indistinguishable from the other badly over-the-top stories from other religions of the day.
