Because you said that evolutionary theory isn't a fact. News flash: Theories are never, EVER facts. They are structures of ideas used to explain facts.

Does evolution explain the fact of the neuromuscular junction? The ATP synthase machine? The tRNA molecule? Signal transduction pathways? Post transcriptional modification? The mechanism by which our sensory organs turn chemical stimuli into electrical impulses? The proteins in the heart? The peptidoglycan formation in the cell walls of gram positive cells? Cyclins? p53? Kinases? Phoshporylating proteins? DNA/RNA polymerase?
Does the fact that their origin and development are not well explained by mutation and natural selection, or are you comfortable waiting for better answers than design to present itself?
