There is no way that peace of mind and permanent happiness can be found within this universe or physical reality.
It is all about whether you can or can not go over the limitation of this physical reality.
It is clear that this physical reality is always balanced by the positive and negative making the real progress impossible.
Some people say....oh, i am happy as i am....i don't need anything else.
They are unconsciously lying and the evidence of this is that their happiness is temporary.
After a while when their good feeling sort of expire they have to try again and again to re-establish and restore such feeling of happiness.
So it is obvious that permanent happiness and peace of mind are outside the border of this physical reality.

It is you that choose to go ahead and progress or go down losing consciousness.

In the future they may invent some machine that detect the degree of peace of mind and happiness
from individual to individual.
In the meantime you can detect some differences in individual.
Drug addicted, smokers, drinkers, parasites, pedophiles, murders and other similar people emit a bad
smell and a degree of bad feeling while people who do the correct thing look good so from here you are also able to detect who is who without the need for a machine.
