I hate that we eat meat. If food wasn't one of my greatest passions, I'd go vegan in an instant. Even though I don't necessarily think eating meat is immoral, it does hurt my conscience to do it and I always have to buy organic/humanely raised meats to relieve a little bit of the guilt.

Super easy, too. If you're not vegan, I recommend adding some crumbled feta right before serving. MmmmMMmmm.
