That's circular. You've justified sin with God's mercy and justice, and now you're justifying his mercy and justice with sin.

If we follow your thinking consistently, then you would be justified in murdering any Christian you wanted to. After all you're simply sending them to heaven. Do you agree with that statement?
I agree that it is consistent and would be the logical conclusion of someone who believed in these things. I don't believe that people are actually immortal, and I don't think I would be justified in killing people, regardless of whether or not they believed they were going to heaven.
