That's not answering the question really. You believe you are right, but then don't believe you are grounded to say so. So what makes you think you are right?
Probably because beliefs change and are not completely based on choice. Example: He/She believes they are right because of the current information they have.They are not stating that belief as fact because there is still a possibility that new information might change their belief.
