My take on it is this. You're female, you wear sexy camel-toe-revealing yoga pants, you're walking porn for me. I don't much care if you think I should be looking or not. And I'm perfectly fine with being distracted.
But I don't want to be facing a woman with a D-size boob job wearing C-cups telling me "Like oh my gawwwd. I'm up heeerre." No you're not. Up there is only bubble gum and hot air.
