Since you admit all your concepts of virtue are relative and virtue is just what we decide, just to let you know, I look for objective guidance as opposed to defining morals by my desires.
So until you can prove your morals objectively, no one will take you guys seriously. People however will take Islam seriously and it still has the most converts coming to it.
So go on, while you keep yapping your subjective virtues which has no reality no substance in our own words, no objective moral facts exist according to you, people will look for guidance, for purpose, and they will find a book that points to the way of that path and reminds of a Lord who upon him is the guiding of the way and who doesn't share your sense of virtue fortunately regarding this "mind your own goddamned business" attitude.
