Then there’s their pretense that god does not change. They change their god whenever we show that something in their holy book isn’t working. Even the Quran changed when the diacritical dots were added after Muhammed died.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
