To be fair anyone is at the risk of getting raped.
However, I disagree that just because a woman's ass cheek is exposed it justifies them getting raped, or something of that nature. Possibly makes it more likely by a very small percentage, but no one deserves rape, no matter what.
Are they at the risk? Yes, just like anyone else.
